Some items I have for my twins.

Even though they are not here, yet. Even though I am still about two months off. Every parent or parent-to-be should at least know that stocking up and preparing ahead is the best thing to do when expecting!
For those of us with two or more on the way, it is doubly so!

It is not highly recommended that you stock up on clothing or one brand of diapers excessively. Twins can sometimes decide that they don't want to wait the whole time to enter the world. This tends to make small babies and in some cases, VERY small babies! Why buy a whole wardrobe based on 0-3 months, which generally accommodates 8-12 pound babies? You may need preemie, or, heaven forbid, MICRO preemie!
Trust me, I never knew there was such a thing as micro, but there is!

As for diapers, stocking up is good, trust me, it's great and it will be a life saver!! Just remember to stock up on more than one brand, and again, with twins, you may need to delve into the world of smaller sizes!! One twin may have a reaction to a certain brand, say Pampers, but wears Huggies just fine. The other twin may be able to wear Pampers, but not Huggies!
Stock up on more than one brand!!! ESPECIALLY, when you are expecting twins, or more! Have it all at your fingers for when you get home with your bundles of joy! Trust me, you will have your work cut out for you anyways, why hassle with adding more stress by not being prepared with material things??

With my thoughts on diapers and clothes out of the way, why not start with other handy things we all will surely need as parents? Mind you, these will be some devices for singleton babes, also for twins!!

I can't quite remember which type it is, but one of the strollers I have for my twins is called the Graco DuoGlider Double Stroller.
When looked up on Froogle.com, I found the cheapest one to be, a whopping $126.92!
I know that this is a bit pricey, but the DuoGlider is a twin TRAVEL system! Just use any Graco car seat and it hooks right on to the stroller! You must supply your own car seats.

<span class=
"The Graco DuoGlider LX is the perfect solution for getting two little ones around town. And if you're the proud parent of two infants you'll love that both the front and rear seats are compatible with the top-rated Graco SnugRide infant car seats. Both seats recline for added comfort and the rear seat reclines flat for maximum comfort. This easy-to-handle double stroller navigates nicely through doors and down narrow store aisles." -quoted from the Froogle description.

While strollers such as the DuoGlider come in EXTREMELY handy, as they can be used from birth until your child is a toddler, some parents may not have this much to spend, at first.
In this case, I have a good solution, still a bit pricey, yet doable.

This next item is for twin infants. I also have this item, why because I got it first! lol
The only other stroller, if you can call it that, I own is called a Snap and Go.
The Snap and Go is a travel system, which basically is a frame. You must also supply your own car seats for it.

I believe the cheapest place to find these is at Wal-Mart. I could be wrong though. If you do not have availability to a store that can order it and then you can pick it up, shipping will cost quite a bit. I obtained mine from Toy'R'Us via online purchase. They have a great deal where any stroller over $40, they will take $10 off!
The Snap and Go is $99, $80 after $10 off, but then there is some shipping to deal with, which only takes you up to about $100-something!
I know this sounds expensive still. It is well worth the investment if you cannot afford a normal twin travel system, though!!
Who really wants to drive all the way to the store then have to risk waking twins by taking them out of the car seat just to put them in a stroller?

I already have highchairs for my twins, even though they will not be needed for some months!!
My recommendation on this subject is that you find the cheapest ones you can find!! Plastic, with a cloth cover that is machine washable, and a dishwasher safe tray!!

This isn't what I have, but it is just about the cheapest one that is decent, in my mind.

The last item I am going to include in this post is the Pack 'n Play!
I have two of these, all that is really needed is one, the other one that I have is actually going to stay at my mothers. My sister, who has a 2 month old son has this exact Pack 'n Play that I am going to post. I know from experience that this is also an excellent investment!! Very handy for the living room!!

This one is also from Walmart.com, my sister however, bought it from the actual store! Not sure quite how much she paid for it.
The website price is $99.87, not to sure bout shipping and handle with online purchase, but that should give you a rough idea!

It's getting a bit late, well for me anyways! lol
That's what I have got for now. I will post more later!!
Hope this helps some expecting and/or first timers!!

Update on my "Paid Email" endeavors!

So anyone that reads this blog knows that I recently tried several "Paid Email" sites.
I am writing this now to let people know how it is going, so to speak.
Let's just say that I have time on my hands and not even I want to sit here and "read" emails all day long, just to make one penny. Literally, one penny!!
Oh sure, I've found one site that actually pays one cent per email or ad that you look at. I even continue using that site.
Let's face it, unless you stay at home ALL day long, everyday, this is definitely not for you.
Who honestly has the time to sit around staring at a computer screen 24/7? (Besides me, I mean) Anyone with a serious job, should stick with their job.
I am going to continue my "research" on "easy money" endeavors, though.
My next project is going to be setting up a blog and promoting it to make money, supposed you can "make money in your sleep"-direct quote from SOME website. *Shrug*
Who knows?!

I hope that these blog entries about "making money the EASY way" help those of you out there comtemplating using these methods!
My goal with all of this is to actually find a "FREE" way to make money at home. Meaning, you don't have to pay to join or buy some ridiculous "guide" to "get rich quick"!!
Considering, that I am going to be a mother of two, in about 2 months.... (My how time flies!)
I would love to find a way to make money from home, not only to benefit my family, have extra money, help pay bills, but also so I can effectively work AND take care of my children.

Just because we are women, we are not ment to stay at home! Many MOTHERS work these days. I, for one, would love to work. I, would also, love to be able to stay home with my children. I am just trying to find a way that actually let's myself and other mothers, feel that they are doing something useful, besides raising their wonderful families!!

BTW, if anyone wants to try the only "paid email" site that I actually use!
Here it is: http://www.ProPaideMail.com/pages/index.php?refid=kalein

Things for SAHM (Stay at Home Mothers)

Okay!
So my sister and I have gotten into reading emails for money, survey for money, and clicking ads for money.
Right now I have no idea if any of this will actually work out, and before you judge.... think of it this way.

I can't do ANYTHING due to my pregnancy, I have no way to help bring in ANY extra income, and besides, it's free to join ALL the sites I visit.
So if I actually do make any money, YAY.
If I don't, then... well, who cares? I only wasted MY time doing so! Tee hee!

At least I have something to fill my endless, boring days now!! Wheee!!

I was also curious, any one reading this... have you ever tried this method of making money?
If so, how was your experience with it?

Thanks!
